new dance floor

Like we dont have enough going on...We decided to take out the carpet downstairs and replace it with Laminate hardwood. We did this last weekend, when i say we i mean Jason. He did a great job, they look so nice!! That carpet was getting really icky it was just so old. So now we have nice new clean floors, and the boys think they are great, its like one big race track. Just wanted to show off how handy my husband is ;)

its been awhile....

sorry for the 2 month gap what can i say, these guys keep me busy. But i do apologize! i dont even know what has happened in the last 2 months but i will give you a run down of how things are now. First, Colin is a crack up, i mean a crack up! He dances like Ray charles its the funniest thing you will see. He is talking so well, new words every couple hours, the funniest is he tells Stella to "back up" he just has such personality and with that comes the stubborn streak. So we are working on discipline right now, it fits since this is when it really started with Gavin, so atleast we knew what to expect. And Gavin oh man, he is getting so independent and at the same time very emotional. He is such a little man, and quite the helper he feels so proud if he can help you do something. He is working on trying to figure out what he can do and what he cant, so we are working on discipline with him, and teaching. He says the funniest things now, one of the funniest Jason was taking him up to pee and he was telling Jason that he didnt have to go, but since we were about to leave the house Jason wanted him to try. Gavin took Jasons face in his hands and said "look at me daddy, maybe i will try later" i thought i would die laughing. i could go on and on about stories with what Gavin says. All in all we are doing great busy but really good. Just getting anxious to meet this new baby!!!! I am 30 weeks today. and like i always say i will try to not leave such a gap next time, but really i will try!!
