Life

With 3 boys i guess you are bound to be a little busy, but at the same time i think we kind of rely on being busy! So we have been doing a lot lately, as it starts to get a little warmer, more outside things! Gavin is no longer a toddler, i think he hasnt been for awhile now but it hit me, i looked at him and thought wow he is a kid now, like a little man! he wants to learn everything and know all of what is going on. Colin well he is 2, figuring out his independence which actually i think is a lot of fun! He is still quite the charmer, but becoming more cautious than i thought he would. He is very careful not to get hurt, makes sense after having the cast and all. Nolan well he is coming into one of my favorite stages, not an infant but a BABY, almost a toddler. He gets up on his kness and rocks which means we are not far off from crawling!!!!! He is working on 3 teeth, as of now he has none but he has 1 bottom and 2 top that are almost through. He is stil very content with life! Over all we are so enjoying life with the guys, couldnt be any better than this!~ Fox Run park with Nolan

a new addition to the family

hahaha got ya didnt I?!?!! no, not that kind of addition we bought (with out financing) a 1975 Chevy Blazer! Jason has always wanted one and we would like to do some camping sooner than later. We love it so much!! The white top that you see completely comes off for a convertible truck, is there any other way to camp?! It has a relatively new engine, and totally green inside and out. The boys are in love they think they have their own monster truck. Anyways just wanted to share!
and heres some other pictures just because well, there cute!!

boys will be...BOYS!

I guess when you have 3 boys something is bound to happen. On Tue last week Gavin and Colin were playing outside and Colin came in crying pretty hard. It took me quite a while to get him calmed down. After a little while he stopped crying i asked him what happened and he said "basketball" i asked Gavin and he said he fell on the basketball. When Colin got up to walk he was limping pretty good , this was pretty late in the afternoon, so i decided to see if maybe it would get better. Well it didnt and so i called the after hours line for our pediatrician. So they told us to wait till the morning and make an appt. with our doctor. So we got in on Wed and they took x-rays of his ankle our doc didnt see anything and sent us home thinking maybe just a muscle was hurt. On Thur morning our doc called me first thing in the morning and told me that the radiologist looked at it last night and saw a fracture in the ankle. So they made us an appt with an Orthopeadic Surgeon for Mon morning. We tried to keep him off it this last weekend that was not so easy, you would really have never known he was hurt. So Mon is here and we went to the surgeon and they looked at his x-rays and she said that he cracked his fibula towards the bottom of it close to his ankle and of course there is a growth plate there. So they casted his leg, Colin picked Red for his cast. He did great when they put it on, but then tried to walk on it and refused. So i carried him out of there and home we went. He had lunch and had a nap. So now we will see how the rest of the day goes, but they said he will learn to walk on it it may take frustration first. He will have to cast on for 2 and a half weeks. The main reason they put the cast on was that he is 2! And 2 year olds dont seem to listen when you say dont run or jump. So pray for a fast 2 and a half weeks!!!
